Biker Hit On The Corner of Franklin Ave & Sterling
Several residents of Crown Heights came to the aid of a bicycle rider this evening after he was struck by a speeding SUV. Fortunately the gentleman managed to walk away from the scene with minor injuries. However, the community was outraged by the incident and a petition requesting a speed bump is on its way.
