Tree Attacker in Crown Heights

A mysterious man in the neighborhood has been attacking trees, every year around the same time. This past Saturday he started on the trees. Apparently he spends time on Franklin Ave. daily, and the cops have been called several times. The police have even contributed this past week to the clearing of the trees on the block.

The man in question is 5’10 with a beard and two braids going down the back of his head. He shamelessly attacks trees in broad day light so several people of the neighborhood have seen him doing this.
